We are a thriving social enterprise, helping to make net zero real, working cross-sector with a range of partners. You can find us in our eco centre, a beautiful three-storey former mill in the heart of Staffordshire.
We began because our Founder, Kate Copeland, had a rough day! She muttered, "Someone should step up and do more," and then it hit her that she could be that someone. So, she took the initiative. Kate left her position as Managing Director at a Marketing Agency, gathered like-minded and skilled individuals, and set out to establish an environmental nonprofit dedicated to expediting climate action. After successful fundraising efforts, Globe Eco Centre was born with a mission to make a positive impact on the climate and ecological challenges. Today, years later, we have an exceptional team based at our Staffordshire Eco Centre, providing services including Climate Communication Campaigns, Carbon Literacy Training, and Green Action Planning.
