Tackling climate action will look different for every organisation. Our introductory support package has been developed to help put you on the right track, whether you’re just starting out or further along the road to becoming a more sustainable business.

How it works

We deliver your Green Action Planning in stages, we start with an education and awareness workshop with your team, followed by a health check audit with your person in charge of Sustainability. Both of these activities each take approximately an 1-2 hours to complete. The previous activities then enables us to prepare your green action plan,

Part 1: Sustainability Awareness Workshop

A workshop providing your team an overview of what social and environmental sustainability means and how it will impact and improve your organisation.

OUTPUT: Training & Roadmap

Part 2: Sustainability Health Check

Through a data gathering exercise we build an understanding of your organisation's current impact, highlighting key areas on which you can act on.

OUTPUT: Healthcheck audit report

Part 3: Green Action Plan

Using your data we will develop a manageable action plan that is realistic and achievable in helping your organisation reduce its environmental impact and become more socially and environmentally sustainable
