Emily is an experienced corporate affairs and communications professional specialising in strategic political and stakeholder engagement within the energy industry.  Having worked for more than a decade in the energy and infrastructure industry she has demonstrable experience of running public communication campaigns and events, and influencing local, devolved and national policy.

Currently the Head of Corporate Affairs for SSE’s electricity distribution business (SSEN), her key skills include strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement, policy development, crisis communications and reputation management.
