Rachel is Co-Founder and Director of BayNel, a specialist sustainability strategy consultancy working with businesses of all sizes providing a range of services including sustainability insights, strategy, communications, issue management and retained support.

She has over 20 years of experience of developing and implementing award winning sustainability and ESG strategies across a range of sectors, including built environment, manufacturing, automotive and technology sectors.

Rachel has for many years been a passionate ambassador to the social enterprise sector and is Board Advisor to Supply Change and Real Leaders, both organisations committed to driving social change. As well as a Board member of VCSE Advisory Group within Cabinet Office chaired by Claire Dove, VCSE Crown Rep.
